Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to join our team, serving as the central hub for administrative operations, reception duties, registration processes, and human resources support. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Oversee registration processes for students or participants, ensuring accurate data entry and record maintenance using systems such as Ellucian or similar platforms.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including onboarding new staff, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with recruitment activities.
  • Support educational administration tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and assisting with academic advising or student engagement initiatives.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-organized and welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate with university or organizational teams to facilitate smooth communication between departments and external partners.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring compliance with institutional policies.

Experience

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within an educational or university setting.
  • Familiarity with registration systems like Ellucian or comparable student information platforms.
  • Strong background in public speaking, academic advising, or working directly with students.
  • Experience in education administration, recruiting processes, or teaching support is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly across diverse audiences.
  • Prior experience working in a university environment or similar organization is preferred.
