Gateway Charter School is seeking a creative, student‑centered Middle School Social Studies Teacher who believes all students can succeed and thrives in a warm, supportive, arts‑integrated environment. What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging, arts‑integrated social studies lessons
• Adapt instruction based on student results and needs
• Participate in regular coaching and professional learning
• Build a multisensory classroom environment that supports diverse learners
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education (middle school focus preferred)
• Delaware teaching certification or eligibility; special education or social studies certification preferred
• Creativity, flexibility, and a growth mindset
• Commitment to helping each student reach their full potential
