Gateway Charter School is seeking a creative, student‑centered Middle School Math Teacher who believes all students can succeed and is eager to teach in a warm, supportive, arts‑integrated environment. What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging, arts‑integrated math instruction
• Adapt teaching based on student results and needs
• Participate in regular coaching and professional learning
• Create a multisensory classroom environment that supports diverse learners
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education (middle school focus preferred)
• Delaware teaching certification or eligibility; special education or math certification preferred
• Creativity, flexibility, and a growth mindset
