The Administrative Assistant provides assistance and support to the Main Office, Head of School and Leadership Team. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the processing and maintenance of confidential and non-confidential correspondence for Paul PCS. The Administrative Assistant supports the Main Office with the maintenance of records and filing of reports and ensures absolute confidentiality of information, files and records while offering Grade A Customer Service.
REPORTS TO: Head of School
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as receptionist for the Main Office.
Maintain a positive attitude and style that contributes to the overall mission of Paul PCS.
Prepare letters and documents for the HOS. Maintain filing system. Compile statistics and gather data as needed, including such things as researching historical board actions or conducting and completing surveys/questionnaires,
Prepare and post agendas. Attend board meetings and record minutes.
Prepare state and federal reports such as summer school, enrollment, staff assignment, school performance as required.
Manage free/reduced lunch program, including approval of applications and verification procedures. Prepare printed material for mailing.
Perform other duties as directed by the Head of School.
